The Organic Salon.com - Returns

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (excluding Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, re-saleable.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations customers in the UK and other countries have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of receipt of goods.

You can do this via email or phone and you will find the return address on your invoice. However The Organic Salon cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned via the mail, until they are received at our return address: Ilex House, 16 Eastergate Close, Goring by Sea, West Sussex BN12 5DH.

If you are returning goods we highly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery (keep hold of your receipt or track number until you have received your refund). We don’t accept liability for return postage on refunds, apart from if they are damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Our normal return period is within 14 days from when you receive the goods. If there is a fault with your product, or it was damaged or your order was incorrect, you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement for refund. Please note that we must be in receipt of the goods within these timescales laid out above. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process either a refund or replacement (if damaged) or rectify your order (if incorrectly supplied) as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation this could take up to 21 days.

There is an exception to the rule! That is to to allow for unwanted or wrong product for skin type. However we still maintain our recommendation that you use some form of tracked delivery, as mentioned above.

  • Christmas gifts - those ordered from October onwards may be returned up to the end of January
  • Valentine’s gifts - those ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 15 March

(Please note that these dates shown are those by which any returns must be received back at our return address. Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us).

Gift Box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however should you need replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. Replacement items will not be Gift Boxed again, so you may wish to retain any Gift Box received with the original order.

If you would like a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, the refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
